Matilda Wallmon is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Financial Services practice and is based in Brussels. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of EU public policy, financial regulation and corporate strategy, Matilda brings deep expertise shaped by both advisory and in-house leadership roles, including as Chief of Staff to the CEO at a leading global financial infrastructure provider.

At FTI Consulting, Matilda advises senior executives and boards on high-stakes geopolitical, sanctions-related and regulatory issues. She leads strategic engagements on EU financial services policy, with a focus on payments, fintech and market infrastructure.

Matilda has a strong track record of driving pan-European and global policy initiatives and regularly steers cross-functional teams through transformative public affairs and corporate strategy programs. Her work spans boardroom advisory, reputation management and integrated advocacy efforts across key financial centres.
