Matthew Ventimiglia

Matthew Ventimiglia is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. Mr. Ventimiglia is a part of the Capital Markets Communications practice with a primary focus on the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Mr . Ventimiglia brings to FTI Consulting more than 14 years of investor relations (“IR”) and corporate finance experience. Since joining, he has advised a broad range of healthcare companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies.

Mr. Ventimiglia serves as external counsel to corporate investor relations teams where he builds and executes best-in-class IR programs, partners with international clients to build best-in-class U.S. investor relations programs, advises on product launch communications strategies and supports a variety of transactions communications, issues management and activism defense strategies. He has executed on a number of event-driven activities, including IPO preparedness programs, perception studies and Investor and R&D Days.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Ventimiglia was an Associate Director, Investor Relations at Lazar Partners, where he provided a full suite of strategic communications and investor relations support to companies ranging from start-up to commercial stage within the life sciences sector. This included development and implementation of comprehensive IR programs, strategic message development, pre- and post-IPO support and quarterly earnings preparation and support.
