Mike Mohr specializes in supply chain & cash flow analytics and optimization. Mr. Mohr has close to 20 years of experience in business and operational performance improvement and has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, power & energy and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Mohr has led procurement and sourcing optimization projects that have generated significant savings across a wide range of product and services categories. He has assisted in implementing technology tools to drive increased productivity and has supported clients in transitioning their operating model to improve organizational effectiveness. Mr. Mohr advises executive management teams on sustainable solutions in supply chain that continue to drive value after the project is completed.
Mr. Mohr is an accomplished supply chain professional who has proven results working with Fortune 1000 global corporations. His experience includes the design, development and implementation of an over $600 million indirect sourcing department for a multi-billion-dollar power sports manufacturer, identifying $23 million of savings in 10 months. In addition to the savings, he and his team reviewed the client’s resource need and capability to hire two full-time equivalents, developed over 12 sourcing templates, and created a 100-page sourcing playbook that included processes, procedures, policies, a governance model, onboarding plans, reporting requirements and other templates to support the sustainability of the program.
In addition, Mr. Mohr was the Account Director responsible for leading a team of 40+ procurement resources to build and manage an $800 million indirect procurement function. The program created and implemented a dynamic discounting initiative that identified over $3 million in savings within eight weeks, plus the extension of payments terms. The program reduced procurement spend on average by 10% per project, effectively managing over $1 billion in spend and the top 200 suppliers. The global account responsibilities included Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Mohr was an Associate Director with Protiviti. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mohr implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain software and was a Savings Leader at Accenture.
Mr. Mohr holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Illinois State University with a minor in Spanish.
