Mike Zöller

Mike Zöller has been a partner at FTI-Andersch since 2013, where he is also a Member of the Board. His main area of responsibility is in restructuring and transformation projects.

Mike primarily works with global midsized companies. He has over 20 years of experience as an economist. After beginning his career at a globally operating logistics company, he worked as a consultant in a consultancy company based in Cologne. He then worked for a well-known international audit company where he became a partner and was responsible for numerous complex restructuring projects in Germany and overseas. He successfully supported these companies as they manoeuvred through difficult financial situations.

Mike's sector specialisation is the retail, real estate and logistics sectors.

In more recent years, Mike has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for both real estate and retail companies, successfully refinancing debts greater than $900 million and managing the operational turnaround.

Mike has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management/WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
