Moira Lavery

Moira Lavery is a qualified solicitor with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in the banking and legal sectors. Moira’s expertise spans investigations, litigation, regulation, contentious insolvency, white collar crime, asset tracing and money laundering.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Moira served as Global Head of Employee Relations at HSBC, leading the resolution of complex employee relations matters and critical workforce issues across international markets. Throughout her career, she has combined legal and strategic expertise to translate business objectives into effective strategies and operational delivery, particularly in complex and sensitive environments.

Moira’s extensive leadership experience includes serving as Head of Investigations & Intelligence at Deutsche Bank AG, Chief Executive Officer of Proven and Chief of Staff at Barclays. She was also Partner at DLA Piper, where she advised clients on high-value, complex international matters.
