About Moj
Moj Kesheh has more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, analysing complex construction projects and providing expert opinion on critical path (‘CPM’) scheduling, delays, productivity loss, damages, acceleration, concurrency, cumulative impact, change and risk management, dispute resolution and claims analysis. Mr. Kesheh applies his expertise both during and after the construction process to help owners, developers, contractors, designers and sureties — as well as loss adjusters in insurance claims and lenders — understand project complexities and effectively avoid, mitigate and resolve disputes.
Mr. Kesheh, is a licensed Planning and Scheduling Professional (‘PSP’) with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (‘AACE’). He serves on AACE International’s Technical Board and is Vice Chair of the Claims & Dispute Resolution Subcommittee.
Mr. Kesheh’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including railway systems, construction, MEP, airport operations, petrochemicals, transportation, roads, university buildings, bridges, museums, heritage buildings, maritime transportation facilities, tunnels, chemicals, hospitals, data centre, renewable energy and water and wastewater projects across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
Mr. Kesheh applies System Dynamics, AI, knowledge graphs and data analytics to complex construction projects to support forensic investigations, project recovery and optimisation. He is recognised for his expertise in integrated cost and schedule risk analysis and helps clients implement effective project recovery strategies supported by appropriate contingency.
Mr. Kesheh enables risk-informed decision-making by identifying and prioritising risk drivers, facilitating proactive mitigation planning and forecasting performance impacts across delivery stages. He has a strong interest in human behaviour, particularly how it influences decision-making in high-stakes environments. He contributed to the third edition of the ‘RES Contingency Guideline’ published by the Risk Engineering Society (‘RES’) and Engineers Australia, which is a comprehensive guideline on the topic of contingency management throughout the project/programme lifecycle.
