Morgan Clement

Morgan Clement is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s European Tax Advisory practice, based in London. Morgan has a wealth of experience advising large and multijurisdictional clients, helping them understand and meet their international tax and other compliance obligations, identifying structural and process improvements and supporting them through transactions.

Morgan has significant experience in UK corporate tax compliance and tax accounting for companies and groups across retail, financial services, hospitality and technology. His work for clients ranges from providing an outsourced tax function to providing specific transactional advice and assisting with structural change. In particular, Morgan helps clients understand increasingly complex compliance and reporting requirements for larger companies.

Morgan holds an LL.B. with Honours from King’s College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
