About Myron
Myron Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in advising clients across all phases of the e-discovery process. Mr. Williams applies this expertise to implement advanced analytics and technology assisted review workflows to dramatically reduce costs, increase work-product consistencies and improve outcomes for clients facing litigation and investigations.
Mr. Williams regularly manages day-to-day consulting, document review and production efforts for Federal Trade Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, particularly Hart-Scott-Rodino second requests, from inception to conclusion. He leverages experience with technology-assisted review workflows, emerging data sources and efficient document review methodologies to assist clients in navigating the complexities of large-scale document production.
Mr. Williams’ work includes identifying and implementing best practices globally during e-discovery processes. He also helps clients defensibly and efficiently address the unique challenges emerging data sources present across e-discovery and investigations lifecycles.
Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Williams was a Senior Analyst in the Practice Support group at Paul Hastings LLP. He supported firmwide e-discovery efforts related to complex litigation, employment law, intellectual property, investigations and white collar defense. In addition, Mr. Williams served as Senior Project Manager in the Litigation Support department at Howrey LLP, supporting e-discovery efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, complex litigation and intellectual property.
