Natalie Carter

Natalie Carter is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and leads the Financial Services Communications practice in Asia. Based in Singapore, Ms. Carter advises many of the region’s leading financial institutions and corporates on strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Carter has driven high-impact, cross-market communications programs across London, New York and Asia Pacific. She brings deep expertise in media relations, employee engagement, crisis management and corporate reputation strategy, helping clients navigate complex issues and strengthen their market presence.

Since joining FTI Consulting in 2011, Ms. Carter has played a pivotal role in building the Singapore office and expanding the firm’s regional Financial Services practice. Her client experience includes leading global and regional financial institutions and corporates such as BlackRock, Capital Group, M&G, BNY, Société Générale, Standard Chartered, UBS, Credit Suisse, Calastone, Finastra, Tradeweb, Seviora, SeaTown, Diageo, Dechert and Sidley, among others.
