Relevant Experience:

• Ongoing receivership of Bowen Coking Coal (ASX: BCB), an ASX-listed Australian (Queensland) coal miner
• Voluntary administration and ongoing liquidation of Mosaic Brands Group (ASX: MOZ), a large clothing retailer, with significant voidable transactions and insolvent trading claims
• Voluntary administration and successful recapitalisation through a Deed of Company Arrangement of Sara Lee, a household name dessert manufacturer based in the Central Coast of New South Wales
• Voluntary administration and subsequent liquidation of operations of Jenny Craig, a well-known weight loss products retailer in Australia and New Zealand; the sale of residual bulk food products was undertaken to charity
• Voluntary administration and liquidation of Rubicor Group (ASX: RUB), a nationwide labour hire agency
