Niall Eivers is a Senior Director and Chartered Engineer with more than 14 years of experience advising on complex infrastructure and construction projects. Niall specialises in delay analysis, providing expert advisory and evidence for mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He has acted as an appointed delay expert on various matters in adjudication and arbitration proceedings.

Niall brings a unique combination of technical engineering expertise and commercial insight, helping clients navigate complex programme delays, design changes and supply chain issues to assist in project delivery and commercial outcomes. He has provided technical guidance and expert advisory services across the full project lifecycle, providing insights on planning, design, construction and commissioning for various high-value, complex infrastructure projects.

• Delivered independent delay advisory services for critical infrastructure, including bridges, rail, metro and hospital project, under NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts
