Pablo Martínez Fesser

Pablo Martínez Fesser is a Senior Director in the Construction, Projects & Assets practice at FTI Consulting with more than 10 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He specializes in the management of large-scale infrastructure projects in the transportation, energy and telecommunications sectors, with a primary focus on cost control, schedule analysis and dispute resolution.

Mr. Martínez has worked internationally across Spain, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Canada and the Middle East. He has acted as an expert in construction arbitrations and dispute resolution proceedings, including expert determination and dispute adjudication boards, providing expert reports in connection with engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) projects, renewable energy and transportation infrastructure.

Mr. Martínez’s expertise combines project management and technical delivery with extensive experience preparing expert reports for international arbitration, particularly in the areas of cost, delay and damages analyses.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided expert opinion in a dispute concerning a railway concession in the Middle East
• Delivered expert testimony in international arbitrations in disputes related to wind farms in Brazil and Chile, collectively totaling more than 2,200 megawatts of installed capacity
• Conducted damage quantification and delay analyses in highway and telecommunications concession disputes in Peru
• Assessed delay and cost overruns in in Brazil and a refinery construction project in Kuwait
• Six years of experience as a structural engineer for bridges, buildings and special structures, including prestressed concrete wind towers with on-site experience
