Paris Ward works at the intersection of ESG and sustainability, corporate reputation and crisis management. Paris advises listed and private companies across a broad range of sectors, with particular depth in energy, resources and infrastructure.

Within FTI Consulting’s ESG & Sustainability practice in Australia, Paris works with boards and management teams to design credible sustainability programs that create real business value, rooted in materiality and calibrated against peers and the expectations of investors, financiers, employees and commercial stakeholders. She takes a pragmatic approach to strategy and compliance and is technically fluent across international reporting frameworks and the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards. She has guided a number of ASX-listed companies from program design through to reporting.

Paris advises clients where regulatory pressure, stakeholder scrutiny and reputational risk converge. She specialises in helping clients navigate regulatory uncertainty, keeping reputation front of mind as they work through compliance-driven obligations. She brings a detailed understanding of stakeholder dynamics in highly regulated environments and has led major engagement programs for offshore energy companies, including consultation with more than 100 stakeholders and 15 Traditional Owner representative organisations.

Drawing on long-term secondments inside tier-one mining, oil and gas companies, Paris understands how large organisations operate and has supported them through significant reputational and operational challenges. She holds a B.Com. from Curtin University, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations.
