Patrick Fillion

Patrick Fillion is a Managing Director whose primary focus is working with clients to provide reorganization and insolvency advisory services. Mr. Fillion has more than 15 years of experience in restructuring and has worked on a number of complex and high-profile projects across various industries.

Throughout Mr. Fillion’s career in restructuring, he has worked in various types of mandates, including as a monitor under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, a trustee in bankruptcy, a consultant to the debtor assisting the senior management of underperforming companies and an advisor to banks in the analysis of operations and financial projections.

Mr. Fillion’s recent engagements include serving as Trustee in the proposal of Bouclair Inc., provisional administrator to Mutuelle d’assurance en Église and financial advisor for various lenders providing reviews of business operations, cash flow projections and business plans. He has also acted as court-appointed monitor of SM Group and court-appointed receiver for Mometal Structures Inc. and Armoires Fabritec.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Fillion was a Director of the Financial Advisory Group at Deloitte.
