Patty Sullivan has more than 35 years of project operation management experience in the construction, manufacturing and engineering industries. Ms. Sullivan’s career includes extensive work in technology selection, process optimization and system integration to support large-scale project controls, contract lifecycle management and Project Management Information System (“PMIS”) solutions. She also brings expertise in operational and project management processes, having established efficient, standardized workflows for a large fabrication facility delivering pre-panelized, load-bearing light-gauge steel panels for U.S.-based commercial construction projects. These efforts drove productivity, supported high-volume production schedules and improved overall project quality and profitability.

Leveraging her expertise, Ms. Sullivan has built strategic partnerships with leading project controls and PMIS technology providers, including EcoSys, Omega 365, Oracle, Safran and Asite.
