Puja Sood

Puja Sood focuses on driving FTI Consulting’s private equity (“PE”) go-to-market initiatives. Ms. Sood specializes in strategy development, target account planning and execution to further penetrate PE clients. She has more than 15 years of expertise in evaluating and executing strategic inorganic growth initiatives, with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Sood led inorganic investments for KPMG, where she successfully drove the diligence, structuring, acquisition process and integration of various U.S. and global companies. Ms. Sood also developed a global acquisition and integration playbook that was leveraged globally by the organization.

Preceding this role, Ms. Sood was an advisor to PE firms on both buy- and sell-side financial and operational due diligence of potential targets, which included assessing the quality of earnings and identifying potential revenue expansion and operational improvement opportunities to drive growth and post-close value.
