About Raed
Raed Masry has more than 16 years of experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) providing advisory services. Raed’s work focuses on leading large and complex M&A due diligence engagements and IPO engagements.
Raed has worked on more than 120 transactions with a particular focus on financial due diligence on the buy side and the sell side, as well as valuations, financial feasibility studies, business planning and IPO related services. His expertise on IPOs includes pre-IPO diligence, IPO readiness assessment, financial due diligence for IPOs and management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”) support for the prospectus.
Raed’s expertise spans across continents, as he has provided advisory services to clients in in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Kuwait and Egypt. His clients include large corporations, investment banks, PE houses and government related entities from a wide rage of industries. These industries include automotive; construction; education; energy and utilities; food and beverages; financial services; healthcare; logistics; manufacturing; oil and gas; and telecommunication.
Prior to joining FTI, Raed spent 14 years with PwC in KSA as a Director in the Deals department in Transaction Services covering the GCC market.
Raed holds a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Finance, from the Notre Dame University, Louaize. Raed is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
