Raj Uttaravalli

Raj Uttaravalli is an accomplished construction and real estate consultant with extensive experience with globally recognized firms. Mr. Uttaravalli specializes in providing managed services, oversight, coordination and advice across the full spectrum of capital expenditure (“CapEx”), operations and asset value chain from planning, acquisition, operations and maintenance (“O&M”) and recapitalization to disposal. Leveraging his exceptional communication and program management skills, he has led several multibillion-dollar programs, mitigated risks and improved outcomes with performance improvement solutions.

Before joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Uttaravalli served as capital projects consulting and managed services lead at EY, where he developed accounts payable and accounts receivable (“AP/AR”) managed service from the ground up for complex CapEx and operational expense (“OpEx”) documents and invoicing. He led the development of cloud-based AI and machine learning tool and trained shared service resources globally.

Mr. Uttaravalli is adept at developing and implementing management plans for programs and projects, contracts, procurement, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization. His other expertise includes the development of business requirements, as-is and to-be analysis, future state roadmaps, and data analytics for benchmarking and forecasting.

Mr. Uttaravalli also worked on complex public projects as a program manager at Booz Allen Hamilton.
