Ralf Winzer

Ralf Winzer designs and moderates sustainable financing solutions with shareholders, financing partners and clients for both family businesses and private equity investors. He has successfully supported numerous distressed merger and acquisition transactions, and he also has extensive experience in evaluating strategic options. He has particular expertise in the automotive sector.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Ralf worked in the restructuring department of a leading auditing and consulting company for seven years.

Ralf is a trained bank manager, a certified public accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He studied business administration in Ludwigshafen and Chicago.
