Randall Felice

Randall Felice has nearly 10 years of experience advising both large and small companies on complex assignments across the value lifecycle including transactions, business transformations as well as financial and operational restructuring processes.

Mr. Felice has worked on numerous mandates for investors, lenders, boards and C-suite teams of industry-leading companies, solving complex issues across both healthy and distressed situations. Mr. Felice also has breadth of industry experience, with deep expertise in telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) sectors, having worked with many of the largest telecom operators.

Most recently, Mr. Felice recently worked as financial advisor to Starry Inc., leading liquidity management, business plan support, vendor management and Chapter 11 filing preparation workstreams, supporting the company’s successful emergence from Chapter 11 in 2023. Mr. Felice developed and transitioned various reporting tools for the company, including 13-week cash flow, long-term monthly liquidity outlooks and weekly lender reporting packages.

Previously, Mr. Felice worked with Frontier Communications’ C-suite team helping to steward the company through a successful Chapter 11 reorganization process in 2020. Mr. Felice led a team that assisted Frontier’s C-suite in forecasting and financial reporting for external lender groups. Mr. Felice also led the development of ad-hoc financial and operational modeling analyses supporting the Board’s strategic decision making, leading to company’s successful emergence from Chapter 11 in 2021.

Mr. Felice graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management where he received a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Relevant Experience:

• Led 13-week cash flow model and reporting workstream for a $1 billion telecom operator
• Served as financial advisor to Starry Inc., advising on liquidity management, business plan support and Chapter 11 preparation.
• Assisted the C-suite of Frontier Communications in operationalizing its business turnaround plan as well as leading financial reporting and liquidity management workstreams
• Acted as lender-side restructuring financial advisor for Windstream, providing business plan and debt serviceability analyses
• Acted as UCC restructuring financial advisor for FirstEnergy
• Supported CBS in assessing performance improvement and organization redesign opportunities across numerous departments
