About Ravi

Ravi Dhanak specialises in providing financial due diligence services in M&A situations. Ravi has track record of supporting Private Equity, Sovereign wealth funds and Corporate clients on complex transactions both domestically and internationally.

Ravi brings over 15 years of professional experience. He began is career with PwC in the UK initially within their audit function before transferring to their Deals practice.

Ravi relocated to the Middle East in 2018 and prior to joining FTI he was a Director in KPMG’s Transaction services practice.
