He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including portfolio strategy, real estate operating model and organizational structure, property management, facilities management, financial planning & analysis, process design and benchmarking.
Additionally, Rob has a track record of successfully delivering and leading strategic real estate & facilities consulting services for Fortune 500 organizations. Rob began his consulting career in the wake of the financial crisis in 2009 and as such, has developed a unique skillset and perspective towards strategically positioning real estate and workplaces to their most efficient and cost-effective values.
Rob's previous projects have focused on supporting clients through standing up and developing processes for global real estate organizations, implementation of global portfolio and workplace strategies, optimization of real estate assets, and providing location strategy and site selection advisory for HQs and shared service centers. A significant portion of this experience has been with global organizations occupying several million square feet of space, including Europe, Asia and South America.
