Roger Scadron is Chief Marketing Officer in the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) industry practice, leading significant new business presentations, research, thought leadership and investment thesis efforts. He is also one of four professionals nationwide leading FTI Consulting’s private equity coverage efforts to provide coordinated coverage of all of FTI Consulting’s services to PE funds. Mr. Scadron has more than 30 years of experience in providing business diligence, performance analysis, financial restructuring and forensic investigations, as well as in the sale of companies and assets with high IP content.
For the last 20 years, Mr. Scadron has specialized in the TMT industries and in the digital technologies that have caused so much opportunity and disruption. He had a long career as a consultant in the TMT practice at FTI working throughout the Americas before transitioning to his current CMO role.
Mr. Scadron has been at FTI Consulting and previous companies (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Price Waterhouse). He has served as an expert witness and testified in court on several occasions.
Mr. Scadron has published extensively on telecommunications and entertainment industry convergence as well as on the impacts of digital communications on media and entertainment content companies. He has spoken and led industry research on the subject of broadband spectrum repurposing, net neutrality and various other topics focusing their impact on the entertainment industry and industry investment trends. Over his career, Mr. Scadron has led scores of consulting engagements throughout North and South America, the Caribbean and Spain on behalf of companies, investors and lenders.
