Rohit Gulati

Rohit Gulati is a legal technology expert with nearly two decades of experience delivering transformative technology solutions that improve business performance and maximize user adoption. Mr. Gulati collaborates with clients to assess operations and technology to establish strategic roadmaps, select technology solutions and lead implementations. He brings extensive domain expertise in driving contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) and enterprise legal management (“ELM”) transformation initiatives.

Mr. Gulati has provided leadership to clients, including legal departments within Fortune 100 organizations, in determining readiness for change, while balancing and optimizing the interplay between people, process, technology and data. He has served as a trusted technology and operations advisor to clients throughout his career, delivering solutions that transform cumbersome processes, improve efficiency and enable effective management of capacity constraints.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Gulati held leadership roles at legal operations and technology-focused consulting firms, where he led practice operations and delivered legal technology services to clients.

Relevant Experience:

• Assessed CLM processes and technologies for a global medical device company and led the selection of a CLM technology solution to meet cross-functional requirements
• Led an award-winning ELM transformation for a Fortune 15 telecommunications company; focused on improving efficiency, managing spend, automating workflows and applying analytics
• Served as a trusted advisor to lead the selection and award-winning implementation of a leading CLM solution for a global chemical manufacturing company to establish a global contracts repository and to create efficiencies through centralized intake, self-service mechanisms and process automation
• Evaluated CLM operations for a Fortune 150 pharmaceutical company to prepare an implementation roadmap that prioritized recommendations for improving CLM operations, including people, processes and technology
• Led an ELM transformation for a Fortune 100 financial services company to improve its matter management, spend management, disclosure management and risk assessment processes
