Roshan Ressallat specializes in interim management and financial due diligence. Ms. Ressallat has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and public accounting. She provides our clients with a broad range of services with her diverse experience in leading financial and strategic planning, financial due diligence and separation and integration initiatives.
Ms. Ressallat’s industry experience includes consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, media, financial services, and working with technology & SaaS companies.
At FTI Consulting, Ms. Ressallat partners closely with finance and operations executives while focusing on integrating acquisitions, managing financial budgeting and reporting, business partnering cross-functionally and gaining efficiencies across enterprises. Before joining FTI Consulting, she served as Director of Finance for a private equity-backed media enterprise, overseeing the reporting and consolidation of 12 portfolio companies totaling more than $2.5 billion in revenue, with operations in more than 50 countries.
Ms. Ressallat also served as a divisional lead for two enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) implementations; her involvement included hands-on data design, validation and report creation. In both cases, monthly closing was reduced from more than 10 days to less than five.
In addition, Ms. Ressallat worked within the Capital Markets Group at Wells Fargo and has extensive experience as both a buy-side and sell-side analyst and as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for several collateralized debt obligations (“CDOs”). As such, she previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
