Sercan Alturk

Sercan Alturk is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting’s Strategy & Transformation Team. Sercan focuses on the transport and logistics sector, offering actionable insights to clients to help them unlock economic value.

Sercan has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and industry, advising senior government officials and private sector executives on key strategic decisions. His consulting tenure includes the design and execution of national strategies, investment feasibility and attraction programs, go-to-market strategies and large-scale operational transformations in transport and logistics verticals.

Sercan previously served as a Senior Strategy Executive at Maersk, a global leader in transportation. In this role, he worked on the development of the company’s five-year strategic plan and oversaw its capital allocation process.

Sercan holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.S. in electrical and electronics engineering from Bosphorus University in Turkey.
