Stephan Lechel

Stephan Lechel has extensive experience leading multinational business transformation and cost efficiency and operational performance improvement programmes.

Stephan advises global medium-sized owner-managed companies and stock listed corporations in optimising operational performance, organisational design, supply chains and cost efficiency.

Stephan supports companies in the strategic development and alignment of target operating and business models. In addition, he focuses on the implementation of company-wide efficiency programmes, the development of high-performance organisations and the operational support of merger and acquisition processes. He has worked across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, consumer goods and retail, automotive, and industrial goods.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, Stephan was a partner at a leading global management consultancy and jointly responsible for its consumer goods practice. During this time, he led several large transformation projects in the context of efficiency optimisation. He also strategically developed the practice for the packaging industry and completed numerous projects in the automotive, industrial goods, pharmaceuticals and transportation industries. Prior to this, he worked in a wide variety of roles for an automotive OEM, most recently as Vice President of Europe Production Systems Interior.

Stephan has lived in Germany and gained project experience in the United States, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
