About Stephani
Stephani Williams is a member of the Power, Renewables & Energy Transition practice, with experience in business transformation and financial advisory engagements in the energy storage, natural gas, solar, hydrogen and wind industries.
Ms. Williams is highly knowledgeable on merger integrations and carve-outs and has acted as the project management office (“PMO”) lead, managing transition services agreements (“TSA”). She is experienced in transaction advisory and interim management and has held interim management roles for solar manufacturers, wind energy performance contracts (“EPCs”) and natural gas independent power producers. She has worked on both sell-side and buy-side engagements for wind, solar, clean tech and hydrogen fueling, and has led financial due diligences for various transactions.
Ms. Williams has also worked as a financial advisor on behalf of both lenders and companies within wind, natural gas and solar. Throughout these roles, she has built and managed detailed 13-week cash flow forecasts, performed weekly reporting for lenders, the company and the board, developed scenarios and performed vendor assessments to identify cost take-out opportunities. She has assisted with developing marketing and diligence materials, as well as helping clients create contingency strategies and transformation plans.
Ms. Williams’s additional transformation experience includes providing strategic advisory services, undergoing deep-dive market assessments for clients looking to enter new markets, performing vendor assessments to identify cost optimization opportunities and instituting collaborative processes to improve efficiencies.
