Stephen Day is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is Head of its International Campaigns and Issues Management practice based in London.
With a career in international corporate and public affairs spanning more than 20 years, Stephen has advised and worked with some of the world’s most successful businesses and brands, including Ford, INEOS, Heineken, HSBC, Carlyle Group, Takeda, Gilead and Coca-Cola.
Before joining FTI, Stephen was head of global PR agency Burson-Marsteller’s flagship London office, having also headed the UK Corporate and Public Affairs practice and leading many of the firm’s EMEA wide and global client relationships.
Prior to working in communications, Stephen was adviser to the UK Conservative Party’s Trade and Industry team and was an elected local government councillor.
Stephen is a member of the Board of the Public Relations Consultants Association and is regularly listed in the PR Week ‘Power Book’ Top Ten industry figures in Public Affairs and Political Communications.
