About Stuart
Stuart Craft specialises in handling a wide range of structured and unstructured data to ensure it is presented in an accurate, clear and defensible manner. He is also an experienced software developer, with a focus in the legal technology space.
Mr. Craft supports clients at every phase of their e-discovery and investigations matters, from collection, review, trial preparation and court proceedings. He has worked in-house at law firms and has provided evidence as an expert witness.
Mr. Craft has also led development teams in creating applications and bespoke solutions for government departments, law firms and corporations to streamline processes and reduce the time and resources needed to complete document review. He has developed deep expertise in handling emerging data types, navigating complex processes as well as leading managed services and infrastructure projects, both in the cloud and behind client firewalls, for engagements involving significant volumes of data.
As an industry thought leader within the EMEA e-discovery community, Mr. Craft has spoken at numerous industry events and has been shortlisted for the ACEDs Technology Super Star award. Additionally, products he developed have been featured in the Relativity Innovation Awards.
Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Craft served as Technical Director at Anexsys, a UK-based litigation support firm. He has also held roles at YorkMetrics, developing software to deliver tailored decision-orientated measurement and linguistic capabilities to clients.
Relevant Experience
- Led a team deploying a proactive trader surveillance solution behind the firewall at the European Bank, using Relativity TRACE; the solution was deployed across the United States, Europe and Asia; responsible for coordinating key activities, such as working closely with the client to develop workflows and reporting to satisfy regulatory compliance obligations
- Deployed and supported a fully managed service for a Top 15 UK law firm and a UK government agency
- Developed workflows and software for one of the UK’s largest public inquiries to facilitate the sharing of sensitive information
- Architected solutions consolidating structured and unstructured data for clients, including LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) communication reviews, trade surveillance review, construction disputes and privacy reviews
