Tatiana Pinheiro is a member of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice, and is based in Irvine, California. Ms. Pinheiro has more than 10 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering cost-effective, high-performing business process, technology and information system solutions to large domestic and multinational companies. Ms. Pinheiro merges a hands-on leadership style with excellent project management and communication skills to continually drive teams to performance excellence within a rapidly changing industry.
At FTI Consulting, Ms. Pinheiro leads Finance IT Assessment and Optimization workstreams within Finance IT and helps clients assess their finance technology stack to ensure that they are meeting current and future business needs. She supports CFOs to solve business problems by leveraging technology and helps clients develop strategic IT roadmaps, blueprints and provides recommendations to optimize their Enterprise IT systems.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Pinheiro was a Supervisor Senior Consultant at Sia Partners. She has held various roles within Sia Partners for different workstreams such as Finance and Commercial Real Estate, in both Houston and in Los Angeles.
Ms. Pinheiro worked as a Business Transformation and Strategy Manager focused on Enterprise systems and Digital workflows at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Ms. Pinheiro managed the Operations Desktop Program for Derivative Operations to optimize and automate third-party derivatives and global fund services processes for Corporate Investment Banking at JP Morgan Chase. She ensured consistency and optimization of assets technologies and partnered closely with core technology, robotics, UX designers, product, operations, external clients and vendors to achieve results.
- Served as solution architect for numerous enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) and bolt-on solutions implementation engagements (including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central, 4/Hana and Workday)
- Served as program manager for a global implementation across multiple workstreams including financial consolidation, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, application rationalization, master data management development and JDE compliance
- Managed a complete workstream end-to-end, leading Axiom migration; implemented new tools, including robotic process automation (“RPA”), to enhance the financial regulatory reporting process to ensure data quality improvement, while adhering to FED Instructions
