Timothy W. Eickhoff

Timothy Eickhoff is a member of FTI Consulting’s Lender Services practice, with more than 15 years of experience in asset-based financing. Mr. Eickhoff specializes in asset-based lending, asset-based securitization and quality of earnings due diligence analyses. He also has extensive experience with whole business securitization bond issuances and subsequent monitoring diligence activities.

Mr. Eickhoff has assisted buyers, sellers, private equity investors, investment banks, institutional lenders and other lending institutions in more than 200 transactions ranging in size from $10 million to more than $3 billion. His industry experience includes healthcare, retail, automotive, oil and gas, renewable energy, chemicals, manufacturing and credit card processing services.

Mr. Eickhoff has executed the initial due diligence of borrowers’ potential collateral and identification of ineligible assets. He also has provided monitoring services, including analyzing monthly reports and identifying ineligible transactions that were not specified in the loan or securitization documents.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Eickhoff worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice of Deloitte. During his tenure, he was primarily focused on performing financial statement audits of both public and private companies, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits in the automotive, chemical manufacturing, food distribution and consumer and industrial products and services industries.
