Vadia Rai

Vadia Rai has led engagements delivering expert media and presentation coaching and reputation management for more than 16 years. Ms. Rai is a thought leader in strategic media relations for companies and governments across the Middle East and the North Africa regions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rai has specialized in working with clients going through periods of change, including the Dubai Healthcare Authority, which she assisted during its corporate messaging shift.

Ms. Rai's work also includes shareholder activism, such as advising Sembcorp Salalah, an electric services company, on its investments in Muscat and advising Dubai Parks and Resorts on development of a DHS10 billion mega theme park complex in Dubai.

Ms. Rai has worked with the Dubai Financial Market (“DFM”) as well as Egypt's Orascom Construction dual listing on NASDAQ Dubai and the Egyptian Exchange, which raised approximately USD185.4 million.

Ms. Rai attended Prague's Bohemia Institute where she studied Commercial Management. She received diplomas in Public Relations from the Fitzwilliam Institute in London and in English for Business from the London School of Journalism, as well as completing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (“NLP”) and coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (“ICF”). She is fluent in Arabic, English and Czech.
