Vidhi Talreja

Vidhi Talreja has over 15 years of public accounting experience, focused exclusively, in the real estate industry. She specializes in providing tax consulting and compliance services to private real estate companies, real estate opportunity funds and REITs. Ms. Talreja also assists clients in partnership and corporate taxation.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Talreja was an assistant manager at HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) in their Compliance division. She provided compliance support to the corporate finance business unit that worked on M&A, IPOs, etc., which included interacting with SEBI (the Indian securities regulator). Prior to that, Ms. Talreja worked at RSM & C0., a public accounting firm in their tax compliance group.

Ms. Talreja received her bachelor’s and master’s in accounting from University of Bombay. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Colorado and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also certified as a Chartered Accountant in India.
