Vincent Ng

Vincent Ng is an accredited delay / defects expert and a registered architect with 20 years of construction industry experience specializing in time-related issues, building defects and assisting clients in developing and defending delay claims.

Vincent has acted as an expert witness on multiple occasions on disputes related to construction delay, building defects and local authority requirement issues. He has testified in arbitration, adjudication and court proceedings. Besides being an expert, he has been the lead assistant to other appointed experts for higher profile international arbitration cases.

Vincent has extensive industrial experience covering a wide range of projects from pipe-laying vessel, research vessel, FPSO units, offshore platforms, hotel, residential, commercial developments, coal-fired power plant, biomass power plant, hydro-electric power plant, desalination water plant, chemical plant, airport, railway, cement silos, underground tunnelling and land reclamation.

Vincent's geographical experience includes projects located in: China, Australia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, South Africa, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Philippines, Russia, Brunei, Hong Kong and Singapore.
