Wail Menesi is a recognized expert in the analysis of delay and disruption on complex construction projects. Dr. Menesi is frequently retained by legal counsel to provide independent expert opinions in litigation and arbitration proceedings related to project delays and productivity impacts.

With extensive experience supporting both owners and contractors, Dr. Menesi has been involved in the planning, execution and forensic analysis of major infrastructure projects across North America and the Middle East. His portfolio includes nuclear facilities, water treatment plants, tunnel and rapid transit systems, healthcare complexes and other large-scale institutional developments.

Dr. Menesi holds an M.A.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where he specialized in Construction and Infrastructure Management.
