William Allison

William Allison focuses on the energy, natural resources and industrial sectors, advising public and private companies on corporate reputation, narrative development, media relations and stakeholder engagement. Mr. Allison has more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications and public affairs, including within the U.S. federal government.

As a member of FTI Consulting’s global energy and natural resources practice, Mr. Allison has worked in both North America and the Middle East, successfully leading international entities through reputational and litigation challenges, company profile-building initiatives, executive positioning projects, M&A activity, financial communications and targeted stakeholder relations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Allison spent 10 years serving as a senior communications aide to leading members of the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. During this time, he also worked on top-tier federal and state political campaigns across the United States.

Mr. Allison holds a B.A. in Communication from Ottawa University.
