Yana Kamburova

Yana Kamburova is a member of FTI Capital Advisors, FTI Consulting’s wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary, and specializes in advising clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance engagements across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Ms. Kamburova has more than 10 years of corporate finance experience focused on emerging markets in the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) industry.

Ms. Kamburova joined FTI Consulting with the firm’s acquisition of Delta Partners Group, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique firm, and spent a decade of her career in the TMT practice. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Ms. Kamburova was a part of Goldman Sachs’s Alternative Investments team in London. Her past professional experience spans multiple nations, including Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

Ms. Kamburova holds a B.S. with honors in Business Administration and an M.S. in Finance, both from Bocconi University in Italy, in addition to an M.S. with honors in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands. She is a Bulgarian national and is fluent in English as well as Bulgarian and conversational in Italian.
