Zachary Anderson

Zachary Anderson focuses on due diligence, value creation and programmatic transformation services with an emphasis on carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Anderson has worked on dozens of transaction engagements, leading clients through the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in the telecom, technology and energy sectors, often with multinational footprints.

Mr. Anderson’s transactions experience also includes leading individual functional workstreams, including supply chain operating model design, transportation and logistics optimization, vendor contract conveyance and vendor and warehouse management systems integration.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Anderson was with a regional private equity sponsor where he advised on mergers, acquisitions and capital structuring for hydrocarbon production, oilfield services and chemical manufacturing firms in the middle market. Prior to that, he held multiple technical positions in industry focused on environmental analysis, permitting and regulatory compliance for complex industrial facilities including gas compression facilities, hydrocarbon refineries and liquified natural gas export terminals.

Mr. Anderson is fluent in English and Spanish and has conducted consulting engagements in Spanish for clients throughout Latin America and Spain.
