Our Role
- FTI Delta ran a rapid and comprehensive cost transformation program through a combination of bottom-up and top-down approach.
- The team assessed the two business units for EBITDA improvement opportunities — with opportunities ranging from customer profitability, services optimization, general and administrative (“G&A”) right-sizing and external spend demand optimization.
- The team led the implementation of the recommendations in a war-room style effort to ensure that $100 million in savings was implemented within one financial quarter.
