Our Role:
FTI Consulting was retained as a turnaround advisor to stabilise the business and define a path back to profitability, with success measured against the following key outcomes:
- Delivering an aligned diagnostic and transformation plan; developing a robust three-year business plan (including a more transformative scenario)
- Supporting engagement with lenders, including debt negotiations, covenant structuring and amortisation requirements in partnership with existing advisors
- Driving revenue growth and margin improvement through targeted commercial and operational actions
- Implementing a disciplined cost reduction programme underpinned by enhanced financial transparency, forecasting and cash monitoring
