Our Impact
- Thanks to FTI Cybersecurity’s swift IT recovery efforts, the company resumed critical activities within a week.
- We successfully retrieved and analyzed over 600GB of leaked files from the threat actor’s website. This analysis informed a detailed report on the nature of the leaked data, guiding our communications strategy with employees regarding the data leak.

Our Role
- FTI Cybersecurity took charge of the investigation, steering it towards efficiency. Acting as the cybersecurity subject matter expert in crisis management, we played a pivotal role in structuring and participating in crisis management meetings.
- Leading the IT recovery meetings, we ensured a swift resumption of critical activities while maintaining a secure environment. Our team retrieved and analyzed the files leaked by the threat actor in collaboration with our Strategic Communication colleagues and legal experts, reassuring employees and evaluating the data leak’s impact.
- We crafted a comprehensive IT and OT cybersecurity roadmap, empowering the client to elevate their cybersecurity defenses against potential future cyber threats.
- Furthermore, we assisted in defining responses to auditors’ inquiries regarding the cyber attack.
