The analysis of delays and disruption required a deep involvement in the analysis of site data on mobilisation, progress, quality control, as well as correspondence with subcontractors, and audit of the contractor costs to be able to assess the prejudice neutrally.

FTI Consulting provided delay analysis of the disrupted worksite and applied extensive commissioning and industrial understanding to uncover organisational, technical and quality failings.
FTI Consulting experts conducted an extensive financial analysis to accurately determine the impact of the disruption and attendant failings, focusing on quantum claims aimed at valuing prolongation, disruption and financial claims.
Our team built a market simulation for adequate loss of profits calculations based on our analysis.

We immersed ourselves in the data — tens of thousands of documents and records were analysed and organised — to be able to present to the tribunal a clear, robust and understandable case for the delays and losses suffered in the dispute, as well as its causes.

A Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act was appointed to liquidate Madoff’s firm and to recover the proceeds from his Ponzi scheme.
