A recent FTI Consulting survey revealed that 70% of U.S. workers in fully remote or hybrid roles would consider leaving their jobs if required to return to the office full time without a pay increase. Ingrid Rivera Noone, Senior Managing Director and Co-Leader of Real Estate Solutions, and Josh Herrenkohl, Senior Managing Director, discussed these findings on the FTI Experts’ Hub podcast, hosted by Commercial property Executive. The study, conducted by Southpaw Insights, surveyed 1,000 workers about their views on a hypothetical return-to-office mandate.
