Jigar Thakkar is a Managing Director in the Health Solutions segment. He specializes in Pharmacy services and solutions. Mr. Thakkar’s experience in Pharmacy includes strategic planning, design, operations, compliance, and improvement of an organization’s medication management system. He has experience in implementing best practice pharmacy models and has expertise in pharmacy supply chain management, pharmacy productivity, and pharmacy related regulatory and accreditation compliance such as the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
Sunny Shajan is a Senior Director in the Health Solutions segment. Dr. Shajan has an extensive background in pharmacy financial management, clinical performance improvement and pharmacy supply chain management. Dr. Shajan has both an operational and clinical pharmacy background, as well as a strong financial background. He has supervised clinical activities for staff pharmacists; supervised clinical specialists and acted as the expert clinician within the hospital region. He has also mentored and developed personnel from staff pharmacists to clinical specialists through team and departmental educational sessions.
Richard Van is a Director in the Health Solutions segment specializing in specialty pharmacy business development, operations, and strategy solutions. He has over 9 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and execution of specialty pharmacy programs and operational processes. He has used his experience and knowledge within the specialty pharmacy industry to develop and streamline best practices for in-line and pipeline specialty medication launches and brand strategies revolving around clinical adherence measures and patient support services. He has also lead specialty pharmacy accreditation initiatives, RFI/RFP defenses and negotiations, managed care strategies, customer relationship management with BioPharma manufacturers.

Bhavesh Shah, R.Ph, BCOP, is a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist and Director of Specialty and Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Services at Boston Medical Center and CornerStone Health Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the clinical and operational efficiency of the cancer center, specialty pharmacy, various ambulatory specialty areas, industry relations and contracting. Among his numerous responsibilities, he oversees specialty pharmacy PBM and payer contracting, LDD access, specialty pharmacy accreditation, clinical development of rare disease programs, specialty pharmacy revenue cycle management, value based contracts, rebates, and pricing methodologies.
