FTI Consulting Philippines, Inc. is accredited by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as a Professional Services Organisation for the valuation of shares of stock, intangibles and other assets. We are also accredited by the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE”) to issue fairness opinions and valuation reports of listed companies and prospective initial listing applicants of the Exchange.

Our Services

Lead M&A
We help clients in every step of their mergers and acquisition activities, from strategy and planning to deal execution and post-closing. Our acquisition and divestiture experts provide comprehensive and insightful advice to proactively address investor or seller concerns.
Project Finance Advisory
We provide critical support to our clients in heavy industries particularly energy and public infrastructure projects. We have successfully advised clients on public-private partnerships, public infrastructure, feasibility studies, and project finance modeling for energy projects (traditional and renewable sources).
Valuation / Purchase Price Allocation
We capitalize on our technical proficiency and extensive knowledge in various industries in valuing shares of stock and intangible assets. We utilize three general approaches to valuation: income, market, and cost approach. We also provide post-acquisition support to clients through an independent purchase price allocation of their acquired assets and assumed liabilities, as part of their financial reporting requirements.
Financial Model Preparation and Review
We assist clients in their financial modeling needs through either financial model construction or review. Financial model construction involves preparing a model based on the needs of the client, using the project documents and/or technical studies commissioned by a client to evaluate a project. Our expertise in building financial models allows us to conduct an effective review of the models of other parties. We provide critical feedback to clients by assessing the integrity and structure of the model, checking for calculation errors and documenting findings for immediate and future reference.
Restructuring
As one of the most well-known names in the industry, we bring credibility and a proven track record of results to rebuild or extract value from under performing companies. We have expertise in providing the following services: performance improvement, CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer)/Interim Management, Restructuring Advisory, and Liquidity Management.
