Alan Numsuwan is a Managing Director in the Office of the CFO Solutions practice and leads the practice’s marketing and operations. He has more than 16 years of experience working in professional services, improving business operations, implementing marketing strategies, and increasing brand awareness.
Mr. Numsuwan has expertise across a variety of areas, including business development, sales operations, client relationship management, business intelligence, research, digital marketing, social media, thought leadership and content marketing. Additional areas of experience include creative design, communications, talent development, events and sponsorships.
Mr. Numsuwan manages day-to-day operations through dedicated business relationships and deep market and functional expertise. His operational areas of expertise include internal communications, pipeline management, change management and implementation of practice development initiatives, talent onboarding, recruiting, engagement economics and training.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Numsuwan was the Head of Marketing for Booz Allen Hamilton’s commercial consulting business. He was also the Head of Marketing for Deloitte’s e-discovery business, where he won the Diamond Award for Driving Business with Thought Leadership from ITSMA’s Marketing Excellence Awards. Prior to Deloitte, he worked at NASDAQ-traded Arbinet, a provider of international telecommunications services.
Mr. Numsuwan holds a B.A. in economics and journalism and mass media from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from Rutgers Business School.
