Cassie Vosburgh is a Managing Director in the Telecom, Media and Technology industry practice, specializing in merger and integration consulting, due diligence and valuation, business strategy and financial planning, and performance improvement. Ms. Vosburgh has over 12 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance and operations management.
Ms. Vosburgh has worked on multiple merger and acquisition integration and carve-out engagements, ranging in value from $15 million to $6 billion. On each of these engagements, she has held a lead role in integration oversight and planning support. On one of her most recent engagements, she was the lead of the separation and stand-up of a carve-out and was responsible for the development and execution of all planning activities in preparation for transaction close and TSA management. She has partnered with company integration leads to ensure all integration planning are aligned with the strategic intent of the acquisition and supported the synergy targets and other value drivers of the integration.
In addition to multiple merger integration engagements, Ms. Vosburgh has also performed business plan due diligence and assessed capital structure viability in connection with creditor-side restructuring advisory; developed a business plans and strategic forecast models in connection to IPO readiness advisory; and has been responsible for developing investment theses for private equity funds.
Ms. Vosburgh has also been involved with financial planning and three statement modeling engagements, during which she was responsible for creating three statement models and budgets in preparation for sell-side due diligence. In addition to her planning and modeling experience, Ms. Vosburgh has held a role in both creditor and debtor-side restructurings, strategic planning and integration management roles in merger and acquisition engagements and performed due diligence and valuation in preparation for a 363 bankruptcy auctions. Additionally, she has worked on multiple performance improvement engagements that focused on strategic solution development designed to grow revenue and EBITDA through business case modeling that included analysis of historic performance, future market trends and the competitive climate.
Ms. Vosburgh has also worked on strategic operations analysis and process improvement design as part of performance improvement and merger integration planning, as well as and corporate development experience includes business plan and financial projections preparation as part of annual budgeting processes.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Vosburgh was a Senior Financial Analyst for Mortgage Cadence, a Denver-based software development company. Prior to Mortgage Cadence, Ms. Vosburgh was an Operations Analyst for SpectraLink, a subsidiary of Polycom, where her focus was on operations improvement projects, including projects that were specifically focused on financial improvements in manufacturing and delivery.
Ms. Vosburgh holds a B.S. in business operations management from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an M.B.A. in finance from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
