Jason Allen is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Atlanta. He is a member of the Performance Improvement practice.

Mr. Allen has more than 20 years of experience having held various leadership positions in sales, operations and engineering in both Fortune 500 and private equity portfolio companies. He is a seasoned operator with a healthy mix of industry and management consulting experience. He also has extensive international experience having had responsibilities in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Allen has a passion for leading people and transforming businesses. His breadth of expertise includes strategy and business planning, revenue enhancement, salesforce effectiveness, working capital improvement, supply chain optimization, procurement transformation, organizational design and change management. His experience covers a wide range of industries and geographies, including manufacturing (electronics, packaging, industrials), construction, consumer goods, SaaS, e-commerce and IoT.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Allen was part of Alvarez and Marsal’s Performance Improvement practice. Prior to that, Mr. Allen was SVP of Global Sales at Elstat Electronics, National Sales Manager at Mars Electronics International and Senior Engineer and Global Program Manager at Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Allen holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a M.B.A in International Business from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. He is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Mr. Allen is a Veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom where he was the Commanding Officer of a 140-person Combat Engineer Company.
