Jeff Forman is a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice and specializes in operations and revenue growth. He has over 25 years of experience leading strategic, financial and performance improvement programs to help organizations realize their growth objectives. His industry experience includes consumer and industrial products, food, retail, and consumer and business services.
Mr. Forman helps lead commercial effectiveness for the operations and revenue growth team, which includes all revenue growth programs, customer-oriented services and profitability analytics. He has delivered significant value to clients by creating programs at corporate and unit levels, as well as across functions and industries. Mr. Forman’s experience also includes growth strategy; customer strategy; strategic analytics; customer and product profitability; sales force effectiveness; marketing effectiveness; customer service; customer experience and loyalty; customer acquisition and retention analytics; pricing; process improvement; and performance measurement.
Mr. Forman has led multiple sales force effectiveness design and implementation programs, including developing go-to-market approaches; restructured sales organizations; improved sales processes; improved account penetration and improved sales reporting; measurement; and analytics.
Select client experience includes performing profitability analytics and program management programs for clients in a variety of industries; conducting customer service transformation and call center improvements for a large real estate services company; transforming the customer experience and re-inventing the company’s business model for a $600 million B2B company; and holding interim management positions, such as Head of Sales for a medical devices company and Chief Operating Officer for a business service company. He also led global strategic planning and business development for a $2 billion consumer products company.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Forman led global strategy for CIBA Vision, a unit of Novartis and held leadership positions with consulting firms including AlixPartners, A.T. Kearney and Coopers & Lybrand. While at AlixPartners, he led the Marketing Services team, worked on numerous turnaround engagements and earned the Achievements in Excellence award for client service.
Mr. Forman holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
